Stormi’s Dining began as a dream, shaped by the culinary journey of Chef Allysa Storms after deciding to move to Jamaica following life-altering circumstances. With nearly two decades of experience in every station of the kitchen and a foundation built working alongside world-renowned chefs like Gordon Ramsay, Charlie Trotter, and Tom Colicchio, Chef Storms brings unmatched expertise and passion to the table. Rooted in her Jamaican heritage and influenced by her Midwestern upbringing, she combines local, in-season ingredients with global techniques to create dishes that are as inventive as they are memorable.

Along the way, Chef Storms met Camona Burton, a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry. A skilled chef turned food content creator who collaborates with local and international brands under the name "Mona Made It", Camona has been instrumental in bringing Chef Storms’ vision to life. As her business partner, she works behind the scenes to ensure that every experience Stormi’s Dining offers is polished, innovative, and unforgettable.
Together, they’ve created a service that blends artistry, hospitality, and a deep respect for culinary traditions, setting a new standard for private dining in Jamaica.
